命令与征服-将军 的运行问题

下载的命令与征服十年版7G的光盘镜像，安装后将军一直无法运行，一进入启动画面，就停在那张LOGO的图片上，然后显示个对话框：
“you have encountered a serious error.serious errors can be caused by mang things including viruses,overheated hardware and hardware that does not meet the minimum specifications for the game.please visit the forums at www.geberals.ea.com for suggested courses of action or consult your manusl for technical support contact information”
试过卸载后清理注册表和系统，再重装，还是一样的问题。
P.S.但不管怎么重装，资料片绝命时刻都能运行，到底是什么问题？

将军的资料片-绝命时刻都能运行，配置会不够？

1、将军的配置要求比其资料片高……因为将军的算法有问题，并且兼容性不好（有希望是硬件冲突）。
2、既然能用绝命……就用绝命算了……绝命至少还没被有关部门禁 ^^ 将军现在联网都找不到人了。
