UC知道安装不上系统，搞不清楚什么状况，严重……？

Ghost盘全不能运行，只有windows ME/98盘早前的ghost75（也不懂得是不是7.5版本的Ghost）可以运行ghost界面，可是没有ghost75版G下的系统可恢复到C盘，所以运行了ghost75也没用。
分区也出问题，要么分区重启后查看不到逻辑分区，要么是分区可使用空间只有2047M（40G的硬盘），但有用PQ分区，可以正常分区。
一步一步安装系统：
手上暂时只有98系统盘，运行，安装，出现提示（英文不懂）：
Your computer already has an operating system installed on it.
This version of setup is desgned for computers that
do not yet have an operating system. It is recommended that.
you exit,reboot from your hard disk, and then run setup.
Press F1 for more instructions.
If you continue with setup your current CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files will breplaced by basic versions of those files.（英文可能稍有出错）
注：这段英文我怎么看貌似硬盘还有系统文件存在？
不是用98，是手上只有98系统可以测试安装，但不行，装不上

英文的意思是
你的电脑已经有一个操作系统。
这个版本是专为还没有操作系统的电脑。建议你退出，重新开机，从你的硬盘上，然后运行setup。
按下F1为更多的指令。
如果你继续设置你目前的config.sys和autoexec.bat文件将被取代基本版本的文件。
什么电脑？还用WIN98？
