最近,我买了一件衣服.当我准备试穿的时候,发现衣服的领子不是圆领的而是V字领的.再向下看发现原本的5个扣子变成了3个扣子.而且左右两侧还多了2个兜.于是我意识到是售货员拿错衣服了.
我带着衣服去了商场.向她说明了情况.售货员承认是自己的疏忽和失误.于是便拿了我原来要的那件.并且还送给了我店里的VIP卡.这样以后再来光顾都是打7折了.
