b.the finance between country side and city
c.the convenience between these two locations.
2:认为大学应不应该收学费的问题.
here it is not easy to answer your topic,cause i don't know your point.
if you think the university or college should get the money from the students.here is my opinion:
a.these money is important to develop the university or college.
b.these money is used to provide better education for every student.
c.these money is necessary for teacher's salary.
