UC知道电脑使用中显示屏一黑马上出现蓝色上面有些英文就不动了

我的电脑自从修理后就一直有种毛病，经常在使用中不知什么原因显示屏一黑马上出现底色是蓝色(不是开机时出现"欢迎使用''的蓝色,那种原色我说不好)上面有些英文，我看不懂，英文如下:

那个人也太黑了，叫你换这换那的。
你说的就是蓝屏死机，其中的英文就别管他，你用安装的方法装一次系统（怀疑克隆出的系统驱动与你电脑硬件不兼容）。你不会装就找你的朋友帮忙，总有一个会吧？不必浪费冤枉钱了。
