我们最近在赶贵公司的货，而实行晚上加班．昨天晚上，政府部门突击检查了我们的工厂．根据2008年实行的新的劳动法，工厂是不能要求工人加班的．目前政府部门要求我们严格按照新的劳动法安排生产．所以，我们不能在这个月交货了．如果按新的进度，只能赶在二月底交货．
对于这个变故，我公司万分抱歉．

Since ,we can't be catch your delivery ,we can do our best to be shipment at the end of Feb according to the new schedule .

I am really regret to notice that we will not deliver the goods in this month.

In order to deliver the goods on time we carried out the extra time for workers,but our factory was examined by the governers.According the 2008 new Labors law,tha factory is not allow to ask workers for work overtime.
