HPLC测定安胃胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量

摘要：目的：建立安胃胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法；Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱（250×4.6mm,5μm），流动相：甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（三乙胺调pH值至6.0）（55：45），检测波长280nm，柱温25℃。结果：延胡索乙素进样量在0.04148～0.8296μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9988），样品平均回收率为98.41%，RSD=0.68%。结论：本法操作简单，准确，可作为安胃胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量控制。

Abstract: Objective: To establish the stomach capsules Tetrahydropalmatine method for the determination. Methods: Using HPLC; Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (250 × 4.6mm, 5 μ m), the mobile phase: methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid (triethylamine to adjust pH to 6.0) (55:45), detection at 280 nm, at 25 ℃. Results: Tetrahydropalmatine sample volume in 0.04148 to 0.8296 μ g of a good linear relationship (r = 0.9988), the average sample recovery of 98.41%, RSD = 0.68%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be used in the stomach capsule Tetrahydropalmatine content control.
