TECHNORIG shall be entitled to equitable relief, including injunction and specific performance, in the event of any breach of the provisions of this agreement, in addition to all other remedies available to TECHNORIG at law or in equity. We also hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the courts of the United Arab Emirates for any actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or relating to this agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby (and we agree not to commence any action, suit or proceeding relating thereto except in such courts), and we further agree that service of any process, summons, notice or document by U.A.E registered mail to the address set forth below shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding brought in any such court. TECHNORIG应享有公平的救济，包括禁制令及具体表现，一旦出现任何违反本协议的规定，除了所有其TECHNORIG在法律上或公平性可采取的补救措施。我们亦在此不可撤销地和无条件地同意向法院阿拉伯联合酋长国任何行动，请求或诉讼引起的或与此有关的协议和交易兹（我们同意不展开任何行动，请求或诉讼有关除在这样的法院） ，而且我们还同意，任何服务过程中，传票，通知或文件，由阿联酋挂号邮件到地址载于下文应有效服务的过程中的任何行动，措施或诉讼带来任何这类法院。我们在此不可撤销地和无条件地放弃任何异议，铺设场地的任何行动，请求或诉讼因本协议或交易兹，在法庭上的阿拉伯联合酋长国，并特此进一步不可逆转地和无条件地放弃，并同意不申辩或宣称在任何该等法院认为任何此类行动，请求或诉讼带来任何此类法庭一直带来不便的公会所。
