魔兽精灵在3.00版增加了一个“移动工具栏”的功能，问你要不要重新设置你的工具栏，如果选是，将调取新的3.00版的默认设置。
后面是提醒：你可以在2.71和3.00的默认设置之间自由切换，在“Bars1”工具栏那里，Defaults是3.00的，Old defaulte 是2.71的。
