英文中日期的读法和写法？

读:January the twenty-second，two thousand and eight (the可不读)
写:January the 22nd，2008

其他的没有什么意见
但是日期在前面的话规范的读法是the twenty second of January

有2种写法
英式的~~January 22.2008 读January the twenty-second，two thousand and eight
美式的~~22 January 2008 读the twenty-second January，two thousand and eight

January the twenty-second，two thousand and eight（读法）
Jan.22ed，2008（写法）
