这是省略句
英语真正行文时并不一定得是完整句（中文也一样，只是我们没有注意）
就好比一些警示牌：PARKING FORBIDDEN
完整写应该是：PARKING IS FORBIDDEN
但这样显得有些累赘，故舍去了IS

第一句话，也可以在THIS 后面加个IS ，这样就完整了，但是看着就是不地道。。。
学语言就是这样，多看看就好了

我认为这是不规范的用法，或者是不常用的口语
