关于英语复数的问题

It cost three hundred N.T.应该是cost复数还是hundred复数？为什么？
But since there are so many travel agencies。中的agencies是因为so many变成复数的吗？
Are there any good restaurants around here？restaurant为何要复数？

1.cost要变成costs.不是复数的问题,而是cost是这句的动词,主语是it是第三人称单数,要变为costs.
