我记得老师说what,where等单词后面引导的句子是陈述句，那我改为“Can you tell me where a good place to eat is? ” 对吗？

应该是Can you tell me where is a good place to eat?
因为where在后面的从句中做主语,如果还有there就重复了
PS；宾语从句的语序是主谓宾
那样不对啊，where是主语，后跟谓语is才对，你那个顺序是主表系是错误的哦
