7. TIMING AND PLACE OF PAYMENT
7.1 The Mobilisation Fee shall be paid from the account of the Company,
maintained by the Agent for amounts due by the Company for construction
works carried out pursuant to the EPC Contract (the “Construction
Disbursement Account”) and shall be paid in instalments on achievement of
the relevant mobilization milestones set out in Attachment 1.

7.2 The Company shall pay the Operation Fee to one or more bank accounts in the
Republic of Indonesia established by the Operator, which are acceptable to the
Company and the Agent and shall pay the Operation Fee to the Operator based
on the Billing Period and on receipt of the relevant payment from the
Purchaser. The Operator shall ensure that the Operation Fee shall be used
solely to pay for the fixed and variable operations and maintenance costs and
expenses of the Plant.
7.3 Where an Incentive Payme
