UC知道新配电脑,2星期后经常看电影不任何播放器都蓝屏,玩游戏有的可以玩但是有的进去就蓝屏,麻烦高手指点一下谢

保修期内找商家，不愿找
一、升级显卡驱动
二、运行游戏或播放软件时，检查C盘空间是否太小
三、重新设置虚拟内存，最小值为内存的1.5倍，最大值3倍左右。
四、缓存移到其它空间较大的盘
好象是显卡问题，换个试试
蓝屏一般不是小问题，你什么都不要换，什么都不要修。2个星期的电脑无论如何都在保修期内，直接带齐人马杀进装机店，找老板理论，运气好说不定能直接换个新的。记住，不管他们说什么，一分钱都不要给。
