2、祖代种鸡扩大生产规模计划。
随着父母代种鸡销售形势的逐步好转，合资公司有了一定的资金积累，我们建议应该抓住当前良好发展机遇，充分利用改扩建后的祖代场孵化厅，增加祖代种鸡饲养规模。根据xx市交通重点工程建设指挥部要求，沿江公路改线段建设，祖代一场必须在x月底完成搬迁，西区域现有三幢鸡舍全部拆除，考虑在东区域剩余三幢鸡舍之间再建二幢鸡舍，计划改为全封闭的育雏育成舍,投资费用在xx万元左右。另外，新建第四祖代种鸡场，规模为x万套，投资费用在xx万左右,这样,使饲养规模由原来的3个场4批鸡,改为4个场4批鸡,饲养方式由原来的育雏、育成和产蛋一贯制改为1个专业育雏育成场、3个产蛋鸡场，增加饲养能力60%左右，预计增加固定投入xx万元左右。
