收入证明(中英文), 有高手能帮我改的在好点吗?

2003 -2006收入证明

***是(公司A)的法人代表。其所属单位和本公司于2007年达成合作协议.具体内容详见《合作协议》。由于其所属单位已经和本公司合并， 本公司代替其原属单位证明其在2003到2006年期间的年平均收入为**万元。在其间其个人所得税由其原属单位代缴。

建议把His original company改成 his former employer(他的上一个雇主). 这样是否会觉得更有英语的感觉呢? 忽忽~~

另建议法人代表应改为 legal representative
在百度搜索栏敲 法人代表+空格+ 翻译 这六个字,相信你就会认同我的说法了 : )

Due to the fact of his original company merge with our company; 这句话需要小小修改一下
改后:
Due to the fact that his former employer has merged with our company;

中华人民共和国税收征收管理法实施细则

第十三条 依照税收法律、行政法规规定负有代扣代缴、代收代缴税款义务的扣缴义务人，应当向主管税务机关申报领取代扣代缴或者代收代缴税款凭证。

这里用的动词是collect和hand over.

带在其他翻译论坛看了看, hand over改成remit似乎更合适.

把你的最后一句也修改了一下. 结果如下
