本篇论文所要探讨的是高校学生社团与学生学习发展这一问题。论文通过调查问卷的方式对重庆大学的学生社团进行了了解，通过调查研究，我们知道了学生社团是一个参与自愿，活动灵活、开放的一个群体。我们还发现，大学生参加社团的态度逐年从纯粹的兴趣到现在的“情趣+务实”转变。面对竞争激烈， 发展的社会，大学生们的目光不再是单纯希望在社团这个群体丰富自己的生活，更希望能在社团活动中发展自我，完善自我，提高社会竞争力，因此学生社团成为了高等学校学生自我管理、自我发展的一个重要的阵地。学生社团的存在的性质发生了一定的变化，对于在校大学生的作用更是不可估量。无论是在大学生知识结构的完善，机能的锻炼成熟，能力的提高还是在思想道德水平的提升，学风的建设，综合素质的培养等方面都发挥着不可替代的作用。学生社团发挥好它的作用，有利于学生健康成长，有利于学生个性的发展和综合素质的提高。由此看来，学生社团与学生的学习发展紧密相连，密不可分。那么，要培养身心健康，人格健全的人才，就必须克服学生社团在发展中所存在的一些问题，加强对学生社团的管理。通过我们的努力，找出了这些存在的问题：大学生缺乏理性认识；学生社团的活动规律不够正常，制度缺乏，管理不善；学生社团经费缺乏等。争对这些问题，我们研究了解决问题的方法：学校领导要认识重视社团的管理和科技创新的重要性；学校应加大对社团的经费投入；管理社团要重点突出；规范管理，抓好骨干，推动社团的健康发展等。总的来说，学生社团稳定健康地发展，学生才能更好地发展个性，提高综合素质。
