因为有个Last week,所以就要用HAD,是吗?
那要表达"你上周有寄出什么东西给某人吗"要怎么用英语表达?

Did you send sth. to sb. last week?
你用HAD的话是过去完成式，意思是上周前

Did you send sth to sb for confirmation last week?

应该是这么说的吧

不对。have you senT 是现在完成时，后面不能接LAST WEEK
