摘 要

针对当前，在农业计划管理中的模糊认识，对构建农业计划管理的新体系，发挥职能、改进方法，突出发挥农业计划的宏观性、战略性、政策性、预测性和指导性，进行了一些研究和探索，使农业计划工作在社会主义市场经济条件下发挥更大的作用。
