1、旋转处理器的传动系统：
a．减速机 XY-2 JZQ350 3kw
XY-3 JZQ400 4kw
定期检查减速机内润滑油面，并及时加油，并检查润滑油的含杂质情况及时更换新油。检查链条啮合情况，如有不良啮合状态应及时调整。
b．托滚
检查托滚盒的油面情况及时加上油。需更换托滚或轴承时，用千斤顶把旋转体顶起即可更换，注意用千斤顶时应把千斤顶放平，放正并注意安全。
另外① 顶起前把链条拆下；
② 和分气包相联处断开。
c．止退圈
经常观察止退圈的磨损情况，需更换时，应及时更换。
d．直径219出油气管
注意观察和小螺旋接触段的污垢粘结情况，如小螺旋向外抽时不顺畅应及时用我公司的专用清管设备清理。（此设备另订）
e．旋转处理器内膛
应经常检查内膛壁结焦情况，如有5mm以上厚度应用我公司配备的专用工具清理。
（二）、分气包：
1、要经常检查分气包下部污垢堆积情况，在安全条件允许的情况下，及时清理。
2、查看分气包上的温度表、压力表工作状态是否正常。
(三)、油气冷凝器
1、经常打开盲板查看过油气管道淤塞情况(10天左右)，如堆积管道三分之一就应及时采取措施进行清理。
2、应经常查看出油阀的通畅情况，并及时排水，排水时应用桶接住，以免把油排掉。
3、查看油水分离器顶部的安全阀,压力表等,设置的工作状态如有不正常情况，应及时处理或更换。
4、经常查看温度是否在正常范围内，如有不良状态，应查找原因，做出相应的处理措施。
（四）、油水分离器
1、应经常查看出水球阀的通畅情况，并及时排水，排水时应用桶接住，以免把油排掉。
2、应经常查看出油阀的通畅情况，发现不良情况及时处理。
3、查看油水分离器顶部的安全阀，压力表等，设置的工作状态，如有不正常情况，应及时处理或更换。
4、经常查看温度是否在正常范围内，如有不良状态，应查找原因，做出相应的处理措施。
