英文邮件措词问题

大意是把三个人的东西放在一个包裹里寄去了，收件人是谁。
说明一下每个人的东西是什么。
通知他们三个一下。
请大家帮帮我，在线确认。

2) xxx for B (Tele: ...)
3) xxx for C (Tele: ...)

It is expected to arrive the designation by xxx (date). Please kindly help notify them when you get the package.
