USABLE SECURITY
Passwords provide an illustrative example of the conflict between security and ease of use and, thereby, of the need for a concept of usable security (e.g., Adams et al., 1997; Klein, 1990; Morris & Thompson, 1979; Pinkas & Sander, 2002; Schultz et al., 2001).
