PLC及其外设故障分析与排查
[摘要] 在许多工业应用场合，PLC以其可靠性高，维护量减少，更新扩展便捷等优势，正在逐步取代传统的继电器控制方式，也使得各类机床控制系统故障率大大降低。然而，由于工业生产现场条件复杂，PLC控制系统出现故障也是难免的。本文主要以三菱FX系列型号PLC为例，介绍了PLC及其外部设备相关故障的分析与排查方法。

[Abstract] in many industrial applications, PLC in its high reliability, reduced maintenance and updating convenient extension of the advantages, is gradually replacing the traditional relay control, also makes various types of machine control system failure rate much lower. However, due to complex industrial production site conditions, PLC control system failure is inevitable. This paper mainly to Mitsubishi FX Series models PLC as an example, the PLC and its external equipment associated with the investigation and failure analysis methods.
