大家晚上好！我今天演讲的主题是关于生活中的吸烟问题。
我们可以看到，在我们身边有许许多多吸烟的人，他们之中大部分是男人，当然还有女人和未成年人。
许多男人解释他们抽烟的理由往往会是以下几条：
1 生活或者工作压力大，心烦，抽烟解烦。
2 男人要交际就必须会抽烟，交际需要。
3 抽烟是男人的标志。
未成年人的抽烟的理由往往有些荒唐，我们来看一下：
1 抽烟是成年的标志，我们已经是大人了。
2 电视电影里的男主角抽烟的样子真的很酷，我们也想有这样子一个形象。
女人抽烟的比例是比较小的，理由大多数是为了解除压力或者烦躁的情绪。
我是一个禁烟主义者，痛恨抽烟。抽烟的坏处很大而且很多，伤害自己和他人的身体健康，污染环境。男人抽烟对他人不好，女人抽烟对小孩不好，未成年人抽烟对风气不好，当然对他们自己也不好。
女士们先生们，让我们行动起来，抵制吸烟——为了自己和他人的健康还有我们的环境。
