请教一个有关形容词的问题

我特不理解这个are of better quality
我可能会写成are better in quality
以前也曾经见过is of importance的，也很不理解

be+of+名词=be+该名词的形容词
are of better quality = are better qualitied”质量很好”
is of importance=is important”是重要的”

那是名词做表语的 are of better quality
quality才是表语 better只是修饰is of importance
importance也是名词
