Our Design Concept
活性住宅，源于最新的国际空间设计理论。活性，就是把居住者的居住感受，生活需求和城市大环境，建筑园林小环境结合起来，双方形成灵性互动关系。通过水，自然，空间等把居住者的居住享受和对空间自由的想象完整的联系起来，在这个基础上 设计出一种高居住品质的生活。
活性住宅，完全颠覆了城市住宅的孤立，呆板，封闭，狭隘，铺张的缺憾。

It is an active residential area which adopted the idea from the latest international space design theory. Be active means to link the living feelings of the residents, the living needs, the urban living environment and the construction of small garden together to buildup a spiritual interaction within this area. Through water, nature, space and other factors to connect the living enjoyment of the residents with the imagination of free space perfectly and then design a high quality living condition on this basis.
The active residential area has overthrown the negative emotions that given by the normal style urban residential areas such as isolated, formalistic, enclosed, limited and lavish.
