华农维客多营销策略研究

摘 要
唯客多是以经营西式快餐为主的的餐饮企业,华农分店作为它在武汉的其中一家分店,从筹建开业至今已有一段路程,它犹如一叶小舟,在摸索与探询中逐渐找到航向。希望通过这一论文的撰写,能够更深入的思索并联系餐饮的实际情况与市场营销的专业知识,实现从理论到实际的结合和提高。作为一个新成立的餐饮店,唯客多的经营环境十分严峻,自身的问题还很多,管理上的欠缺与不足,营销手段单一不力,员工的素质等,并面临的竞争环境激烈,这些都是制约生存与发展的重要因素,想要在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,需要利用现代营销的理念和手段来进行经营管理和营业推广,合理可行的营销方案必将增强该店的竞争能力,提高经营的水平和业绩。最后文章运用4Ps营销理论,制定一套完善可行的营销计划,和结合当今高校的营销策略和学生顾客和以及周边潜在顾客进行统计和分析,并以此为根据来推广实施。通过一些实地调查和问卷调查等,一方面为唯客多的营销活动提供指导,另一方面也希望能为该行业的营销管理提供一些借鉴和启发。
