本文的研究对象为PLC的自动拆卸系统，主要包括PLC/IO控制、机械手的控制、拆卸分检编程操作。通过对本校的三菱PLC的自动拆卸系统（即拆卸分检站）的研究，并以图文相结合的方式来表现作者的研究过程和研究成果。本文的最终目的是掌握复杂的程序的整体构思，解决启动部件与传输部件的协调控制，从而使得整个PLC拆卸系统能够更效率完成工作并与其他各分站协调运作。
