摘记:在或奢华、或简单的旅居驿站,人们记住的总是一张张生动的笑脸,因此,人力资本始终是饭店企业宝贵的财富,而高级旅游人才便成了中小饭店决战胜负的关键。本文通过对新加坡某中型酒店高级旅游人才招聘状况的分析,提出酒店频繁招聘失败导致了高级旅游人才缺乏,旅游人才大量流失、员工在自己岗位上不能实现自身价值等问题,其招聘缺乏有效性的原因为考核项目订立有失合理性、员工职业生涯规划与企业目标不一致、双方都不能明确自身定位等三个方面。文章最后提出提高招聘有效性的种种措施和方法。
