客人投诉在Chocolat付现金消费时，曾有两次没给折扣。在客人结账时，服务员都很麻烦第通过各种方式查询客人信息，给客人带来很多不便。我以与F&B Manager沟通过，并先提供了目前的常住客人名单和客人签名的样本，希望财务部今后能随时update到店客人信息，并及时提供给相关部门。
