本文系运用规范研究方法进行的专题研究。全文分三个部分：首先（第一部分），是讨论了保险QDII的内涵、出台背景，并就其推出对中国保险业和资本市场的影响做了讨论。其次（第二部分），是从宏观和微观角度对其发展的局限性进行了分析。最后，是针对其局限性，结合国外先进投资经验对我国保险QDII做了展望与分析。
