摘要:民营企业是我国市场经济中一个重要的市场主体,在国民经济中占有越来越大的比重,成为我国经济发展新的增长点,然而,众多的中小型民营企业在依靠其灵活机制不断取得效益的同时,也遇到了不少问题。其中,人才流失问题就是一个常常让企业领导层感到棘手的问题,人才的流失导致员工匮乏,生产能力降低,提高人力资源成本,并使原来的生产和科研开发不能按计划实施,另外企业由于人才的流失导致的技术流失和商业机密的泄漏都会给企业带来损失,严重者可使企业处于生存危机边缘,而且,人才的流失容易使企业滋生不稳定因素,严重影响企业培养人才的积极性,造成人才流失的连锁应。究竟民营企业出了什么问题,导致人才流失的情况屡见不鲜呢?本文以广西某民营企业为例,分析中小民营企业人才流失的原因,并在此基础上寻找中小民企解决人才流失的对策。
