除本合同规定的其他责任外，甲方还应：

7. 乙方责任及承诺

7.6 在合同有效期内对甲方附件(1)所列设备负有保管责任,如发生损坏、丢失应予赔偿，赔偿金以甲方附件(1)中所列设备价值折旧后计算。
8、违约责任及其他：
8.1本合同正式签订后，任何一方不履行或不完全履行本合同约定条款的，即构成违约。违约方应当负责赔偿其违约行为给守约方造成的一切直接经济损失。
8.2甲方未按本合同约定的方式履行保修义务，甲方应支付违约金每次人民币1000元。
