摘要

本文通过调查我省高等院校物流管理类人才的培养状况，在深刻分析总结的基础上，发现现行的高校培养模式和课程设置与物流企业实际需求之间存在教育模式不够完善、教育内容系统性差、教师队伍质量有待提高等问题。针对这些问题，本文从专业设置、教学设计、师资队伍建设和打造多元化的人才培养途径等四个方面有针对性地提出了具体可行的解决措施。本文还通过分析物流人才培养目标，对物流人才培养模式进行了探索，同时提出了对应的解决方案，为物流专业人才提供可借鉴的培养模式。

This paper surveys province of universities logistics management training of personnel status, in-depth analysis on the basis of summing up, the colleges and universities were identified in the existing curriculum and training model with the actual needs of logistics enterprises between education model is not perfect enough, the contents of education systemic difference , the quality of the teaching profession needs to be raised, and so on. In light of these problems, the paper from a professional settings, teaching design, the building of the contingent of teachers and create a wide range of ways of cultivating qualified personnel, and other targeted four areas put forward specific and feasible measures to resolve it. This paper also adopted goal of logistics personnel training, logistics personnel training model to explore, together with the corresponding solutions for the provision of logistics professionals from the training mode.
