摘要：互联网的快速增长,给电子商务的发展带来了新的机遇和动力。电子商务将对社会的生产和管理、人们的生活和就业、政府职能、法律制度以及教育文化都会带来巨大的影响。然而,不健全的信用保障机制阻碍着电子商务的发展。本文探讨建立电子商务信用保障机制的必要性及途径。

Abstract : The rapid growth of the Internet, to the development of e-commerce has brought new opportunities and driving forces. E-commerce will be the production and management, people's livelihood and employment, the government's functions, the legal system will have an immense impact on culture and education. However, a sound credit guarantee mechanism to impede the development of e-commerce. This paper discusses the need for the establishment of e-business credit guarantee mechanism and channels.
