We cant assume to know their relationship, and our opinion can only be based on the few lines above, which can be very misleading.
From what I gather from the message, she is aware that she is hurting the OP and obviously doesnt want to. That said, it sounds like they've tried this to the death. She does sound like she wants to give up at this point.
OP, Id ask her a couple of questions to try and determine what should be done here.
Does she love & care for you still? and if so, would she be willing to go for couples counselling?
If she answers NO to either one of these questions, set yourself in recovery position - its over OP.
