第三，她没有通过法律手段去干涉。是非法的行动。

I think the problem, so I do not agree with Amy practice.
First, Amy is the action without notifying her against the company's interests.
Second, Amy did not use to persuade the practice of direct interference, too fierce.
Third, she did not have the legal means to intervene. Illegal action.
I think the existence question, therefore does not agree with Amy the procedure. first, Amy is the motion which independently decides, she has violated company's benefit. second, Amy has not used the procedure which convinces to interfere directly, the motion is too intense. third, she has not interfered through the legal means. Is the illegal motion.
