因此，本文从城镇居民可支配收入及消费差距的表象出发，围绕着居民可支配收入和消费结构这一消费领域的两大基本问题展开，以及对河北省城乡居民的可支配收入和消费作一个全面的分析和认识，找出影响城镇居民可支配收入和消费增长的内外部因素，并有针对性地提出对策和建议，为区域宏观经济系统管理提供依据和参考，为河北省经济的快速发展尽一份力。
