本文阐述了住宅物业管理企业与业主、业主委员会的关系,以及三者的责权利,分析了住宅物业管理企业与业主、业主委员会之间存在的问题及原因,有针对性地提出了实现住宅物业管理企业与业主和谐共赢的途径与措施:一是加强宣传,更新观念,提倡和谐共赢的人文精神;二是坚守诚信,以人为本,提高住宅物业管理企业自身素质与服务质量;三是理顺关系,明确职责,规范物业管理工作;四是注重沟通,融洽关系,共同创建和谐物业管理住宅小区。
希望随着社会的不断发展,物业管理企业做到管理、服务齐头并进,广大业主认真履行义务,物业管理企业与业主关系和谐,实现共赢,共同为创建和谐社会做出贡献。
