摘 要
公允价值一直是我国界关注的一个热点，我国在使用公允价值计量的过程中，曾经有过惨痛的教训。在2006年2月颁布的新会计准则中，作为会计国际化的重要步骤，我国又一次在很多具体会计准则中使用公允价值，这又引起大家的关注。许多人都对公允价值的应用提出了自己的见解，特别是在中国这个特殊的市场经济时期，公允价值的应用无疑会对中国的经济产生不可小觑的影响。
公允价值的引入与大量应用是新会计准则体系的特点，本文从公允价值的各个方面做了阐述，分析了公允价值和公允价值目前的应用情况。本文首先阐述了公允价值的涵义，分析其实质；接着分析了在新会计准则下的应用情况和优劣势；最后阐明其它的先进性和在中国这个环境中应用的建议。
国外的会计实践经验告诉我们，会计信息质量的提高是一个长期、渐进的过程，因此，在现阶段我们对待公允价值不可一蹴而就，如若不，则会适得其反。本文正是基于此对公允价值现在的应用做出阐述。
