兰州市部分高校大学生人群膳食结构调查分析

【摘要】
目的：了解兰州市部分高校大学生膳食结构及存在问题,为进一步指导该人群合理用餐，注重营养和平衡膳食提供一定依据。
方法：采用自编问卷为调查工具，对兰州市部分高校163名在校大学生志愿者进行膳食结构调查。
结果：大学生的食物构成以粮谷类、蔬菜水果类、肉类为主,但能量来源比例不合理,脂肪供能过高,碳水化合物供能过低;钙摄入不足,优质蛋白质、动物源性铁与维生素A 摄入不足。
结论：根据调查了解，大学生日常膳食结构中存在一定程度的营养不良。因此，我们应该宣传学生合理饮食，同时调配校方食堂的供食结构，最终达到让学生平衡膳食的目的。

Abstract:
Objective: To understand some of Lanzhou City College Students dietary pattern and problems, for further guidance from the crowd reasonable meal, pay attention to nutrition and to provide a basis for a balanced diet.
Methods: A questionnaire for the investigation of the self tools, some colleges and universities in Lanzhou City on 163 college students volunteer to investigate the structure of meals.
