取最大值的集合{x|x+π/6=2kπ+π/2}={x|x=2kπ+π/3}
取最小值的集合{x|x+π/6=2kπ+3π/2}={x|x=2kπ+4π/3}

y=2sin(x+arctan1/√3)
=2sin(x+π/6)

sin(x+π/6)=-1
x+π/6=2kπ-π/2
x=2kπ-2π/3

sin(x+π/6)=1
x+π/6=2kπ+π/2
