本文对中西秘书工作现状和两者间存在异同点进行了简要分析，阐明我国秘书工作与西方发达国家之间存在的差距。同时通过对中西秘书工作的比较很大程度上可以看出中西人生观、价值观、文化观的差异。因此，我们应该借鉴西方国家在秘书工作领域的优秀理念和先进经验，改进和完善我国的秘书工作，用发展的眼光来看未来的秘书工作，推动我国秘书工作向更好的方向发展。
