another two minutes是省略的说法：

不是 应该是虚拟语气的省略形式。 要是再有两分钟，我就能赶上火车了。事实上是没有赶上火车

虚拟语气省略。原句应该是If I were given another 2 minutes,I can catch up with the train.

这是一种比较口语化的说法，前面有省略了主谓，前一句就只用名词表示强调，不用太钻，意思是：给我两分钟，我就能赶上那辆火车。表示的是现在真实的情况是没有赶上，只是假如再给我两分钟的话，我就可以赶上了。表示一种虚拟。但也并非祈使句，；因为没有动词，另外and有暗示一种必然结果的语境，句子的形式是多种多样的，如果你只是这样来记的话是记不过来的，知道是什么样的语境就好很多了。
