“执行”是把意图、规划变成现实,是具体执行效果好坏的体现,其强弱程度直接制约着企业经营目标能否顺利实现。然而,执行力缺失,使领导者的所有工作都会变成一纸空文或一场空谈。解决执行问题的关键是把握人员流程、战略流程与运营流程这三个执行力的核心,保证上述三个流程的顺利实现就需要有完善、高效以及合理的组织管理制度、健全的人力资源管理、管理者卓越的领导力和执行力赖以产生的源泉—企业文化。执行终究靠的是人,人的行为根本上取决于人的心理动力结构。
本文系统地分析了中国企业执行力的现状和缺失原因;构建了中国企业执行力体系;详细论述了管理制度、人力资源、领导力、企业文化与执行力的内在关系;重点论述了构建中国企业执行力体系的理论基础;提出了基于人本管理的中国企业执行力的构建方法与模式;最后通过案例进行了实证分析。

"To exacute" is to realize the ideas and plans. The exacutive power is the result of realization, whose strength limits the achievement of company's goal. The lack of exacutive power, however, will make all the work of leaders nonsense. The key of this problem is staff procedure, strategic procedure and operation procedure. In order to ensure those three procedures working smoothly, it is necessory to establish effective, efficient and reasonable organization mechanism, all-around human resources management, facinating leadership and culture, which is the source of exacutive power.
