由于有交换生这个机会，使我得以来到韩国来亲身感受这个国家的一切。 俗话说：“百闻不如一见”。要想了解一个国家，必须要亲自前往这个国家看看。到现在为止来到韩国也已有一个月的时间了。在这一个月里，通过观察我发现了韩国的几个特点，现列如下：
建筑物密集，市容整洁
或许首尔是韩国的首都的原因吧，首尔市的建筑物非常的密集。尤其是当夜幕降临时，站在首尔塔上向下观望，这种密集的感觉就更加的强烈了。虽然建筑物密集，但是首尔市的市容还是非常整洁的。来韩国之前，早就听说韩国政府十分重视环保。来到韩国后，发现韩国确实是这样。从宏观上讲，首尔韩日世界杯公园就是一个很好的例证；从微观上讲，居民们每天所盛放垃圾的袋子也是一个例证。由此可见，韩国政府对环保所作出的努力是十分巨大的。
街道状况：坡状道路居多。
记得在中学的地理课本就早有学到韩国是一个多山地的国家，当时对此的印象并不深刻，这次来到韩国之后，现韩国的山确实很多。经常可以看到坡度很陡街道遍布城市的各个角落，可以说这也是韩国城市的一个特点吧。
交通：地下交通较为发达。
韩国的地下交通很繁杂。以首尔为例，地铁线路就如同一张大网一样，遍布到了城市的各个角落。这样一来对于缓解城市地上交通的拥堵起了很大的作用。
除此之外还有以下几点：
住房：地热式的供暖系统。
饮食：以辣为主，热衷于清淡食品，并且喜欢喝酒。
具有严密的等级制，注重礼教的培养。
时尚
网络产业发达
总之，韩国给我留下的印象可以用一句话来概括：现代与古典并存，传统与时尚并行的家。
The Feelings in Korea
Because of International Student Exchange Programs, I have gotten a chance to come to Korea to taste the life in this country. As the saying goes, seeing is believing. To realize a country you must go to that country and have a look for yourself. I went to Korea for nearly a month. During this month, I found several characteristics by observation, as follows:

Seoul is the capital of the Republic of Korea and it is a very neat city in my opinion. The buildings in Seoul are close together; when darkness comes on, overlook the city on the top of the Seoul Tower and this feeling will be more obvious. Although the buildings are crowded, the appearance of the city is very neat. I have heard that Korea’s government places great emphasis on environment and when I arrived here, the facts confirmed it.
