I bought a walkman from your Store a week ago,but now it has something wrong.when i played the walkman, it gave no sound.so I brought the walkman to the store to complain to the shop assistant.But to my disappointment,your shop assistant's attitude was very indifferent and unfriendly.What's worse,she turned a deaf ear to my complaint and argued that it was my own fault to use the walkman improperly.
