随着我国高等院校的扩招，大学毕业生的数量急剧增长。在此背景下，大学生就业难已凸显为我国当前一个严峻的问题。认真审视这一问题的现状、分析其原因并思索对策，具有重要的意义。
本文采用文献研究、举例研究和理论研究等方法，结合我国大学毕业生就业难的现状，对大学毕业生就业难的问题进行分析研究：从毕业生自身的综合素质、学校的就业指导模式和专业设置、用人单位的选人方面、以及其他一些影响着毕业生就业的方面，提出导致当前大学毕业生就业难的各方面原因。对这些原因结合自己的社会实习进行研究思索，并且举一些自己身边和社会上的例子，对这些原因一一进行说明，分析为什么这些原因会导致毕业生就业难，然后分别对这些导致毕业生就业难的原因从各方面提出相应的应对措施和解决对策，为实现毕业生的充分就业提供参考。
