[摘要]石河子 虽然是地处我国西北边陲的县级市，但在西部大开发的号角下，新疆经济特别是石河子的经济开始快速发展，来石河子的流动人口也随之迅猛增长，他们为石河子的经济建设和发展作出了巨大的贡献，但是随之而来的社会问题如违法犯罪问题也开始凸现。本文试着通过对石河子流动人口犯罪现状的分析，来探究其原因，最后提出相应的预防对策。希望能对石河子的社会稳定和长治久安起到一点借鉴意义。

Shihezi transient population crime present situation, reason and prevention

[Abstract] Shihezi, although is situated at our country northwest border region the county level city, but in under the western big development bugle, the Xinjiang economy is specially Shihezi's economy starts to develop fast, comes Shihezi's transient population also along with it swift and violent growth, they have made the tremendous contribution for Shihezi's economic development and the development, but the following social question like illegal crime question also starts in relief. This article is trying through to the Shihezi transient population crime present situation analysis, inquired into its reason, finally proposes the corresponding prevention countermeasure. The hope can social stability and the long-term peace and good government gets up to Shihezi's to a model significance.
